The RSA was born out of MSA's 10 years of school climate improvement work with schools in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Tennessee, and Florida.

Join other schools and districts across the country as a member of the Respectful Schools Alliance. Alliance schools use the SafeMeasures Collaborative Action Research Process to improve school climate, safety, respect, and learning. Some advantages of membership include:
